Which edition is this?
EU. Written for readers in continental Europe, with metric dimensions and costs in euros. The Rented Home sets Germany, France and Spain side by side rather than inventing a European average. UK editions are sold separately at studioakiva.com.
Is this legal advice?
No. Studio Akiva are interior designers. The Rented Home names the tenancy rules so you can look them up, and sends live disputes to a local tenants' association: a Mieterverein, an ADIL or a municipal housing office.
